Speech Link and Language Link

What are Speech Link and Language Link?

Speech Link and Language Link encourage high quality support for children with speech and language problems. Our packages offer pragmatic support with innovative use of user friendly information technology. They aim to extend the reach of speech and language therapists within schools and empower education professionals and parents to support children with communication difficulties. Teachers can identify children whom they can help within schools and those with more complex difficulties who need intensive speech and language therapy time as a priority.

The Speech Link and Language Link packages were devised by speech and language therapists and specialist teachers to provide a comprehensive and accessible range of resources for children with speech and language difficulties.

Since 2004, Speech Link Multimedia Ltd has been working in partnership with teachers, speech and language therapists, learning support specialists and parents to provide high quality language and communication support for the school-aged child.

Speech Link combines both a resources package to use with all children in the mainstream primary classroom and an evaluation tool to identify and manage developmental speech difficulties in children aged between 4 and 8 years.
